Experience

Thomas De Burchgraeve principally handles labour law and public service law cases and has experience with proceedings before the ordinary courts as well as before administrative courts such as the Council of State. He advises in various areas of labour law and social security, and has experience with various procedures, including dismissal procedures, wage disputes and social criminal law, as well as questions relating to social security (pension, sickness and disability, unemployment,...). Due in part to his previous experience in public service law, he can boast of thorough knowledge of disciplinary regulations.
