Experience

Katrien Crauwels specialises in labour law (dismissal disputes, salary disputes, bogus self-employment, social security inspections,….), social security law (social security -disputes, pension disputes,…) and administrative law (including public service law and disciplinary law).  She represents both employers and employees from the private and the public sector and also regularly represents clients before administrative courts of justice such as the Council of State and disciplinary tribunals. Based on her special interest in administrative law, she and her team regularly assist Michael Faure in the office with administrative and environmental law proceedings.
